GT Students, here is a way to put your creatitity to work for you!
Calling all young media makers! AETN invites Arkansas students to submit
their video work in our Annual Student Video Showcase “Student
Selects”. All Arkansas K-12 students are invited to submit their film
and video handiwork for possible broadcast on AETN, streaming on [ http://www.aetn.org ]aetn.org and screening at the Little Rock Film Festival (LRFF). Additionally, the THEA Foundation awards $10,000 in college scholarships to high school seniors who submit films to “Student Selects.” This scholarship competition is unique in that it is open to students who attend public, private, charter or home schools, as well as those who have completed their GED. Scholarships will be awarded to the student’s institution of choice, regardless of planned major, GPA or test scores.

- Documentary.
- Narrative (short, full-length, fiction, sitcom, etc.).
- Animation (hand-drawn, Claymation, Stop Motion, Flash, computer-modeled, etc.).
- Music videos
- PSAs (Are you working on a Stamp-Out-Smoking PSA? Send it to us as well) K-12 Student Selects entries can be postmarked by Friday, April 5; however, we will continue our Open Call policy and accept entries year round. Scholarship submissions must be postmarked by April 5. Anyone interested in submitting films for the showcase and/or the Young
